Evans GA Wedding photographer: Chris and Elethia
I have a Saturday morning routine. After waking up and having breakfast (oatmeal with fresh cherries and maple syrup these days), I take a moment to think. I think about my day, and how it might be pretty normal. I think of how I will drive to work, cut some hair, and eat a lunch fresh from the microwave. After work I might head to the gym, or give up and go home to comfy pants, a husband and a cuddle bug. We would talk a bit, watch some TV, and... well- you get the picture.
And then, over the same breakfast I think about how for some girls, this Saturday will be anything but mundane.
For some girls, today is the biggest and best day of their lives. Every moment will be scheduled to fine detail, and even the un-fussiest girls will fuss. This is a day that will be in conversations for the rest of their lives, and yet for me: today involves a Lean Cuisine.
Of course, I am involved in more weddings than the next girl, but I never tire of a wedding day. To be a part of a girl's best day ever is an honor that I hope I never take for granted.
A few Saturdays ago, Patrick and I shared the honor of working with this LOVELY bride and groom. Chris and Elethia live in California, but journeyed back to Chris's home church for their wedding, Grace UMC in North Augusta.
And then we were off to the beautiful Enterprise Mill for the reception.
We hope Chris and Elethia have decades of not-so-mundane days. Thanks to this sweet couple for letting us document their memories. We so enjoyed it!!
